Stampbook, Folded Poster, and Envelope

According to Richard Kolkman, compiler of the Jack Kirby Checklist for TwoMorrows in 1998, there was another item included with the stamp book package.

Per Richard, "I received an original series A stamp book back in the Spring of 1974 and in addition to a book, poster and outer mailing envelope, there was a b/w offset letter from Stan Lee. The letter was one color, had Marvel heads lined up on the letterhead ala old Marvelmania stationery. I don't have these items anymore, but what I remember moist about Stan's sign-off is this: 'Until Iron Man runs out of Rustoleum'."
