Stamp #96, Doctor Octopus, originally appeared as a pin-up page in Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1. The pin-up page was then later reprinted in Giant-Size Super-Heroes #1, from which the scan above is taken. The stamp features artwork by Steve Ditko. It appears that two of the arms had to be re-drawn for this stamp. |
