Stamp #11 comes from the initial splash page (p.1) of Astonishing Tales #25, with artwork by Rich Buckler. This issue is the first appearance of Deathlok. Note that this "head shot" of Deathlok also graced the Marvel Bullpen Bulletins pages which hyped Astonishing Tales #25, in issues cover dated August 1974.
